보건행정전공과 비전공 대학생들의 병원서비스 인식도 및 요구도 비교

Abstract

Purpose: In this study, we were to investigated the recognition and needs of the hospital services with major and non-major health administration students.

Method: Contains the 9 general question in the questionnaire such as gender, major, grade, about life, living area, living arrangements, account use of hospital, medical experience, hospital size and importance of the medical services. Recognition and need of the hospital services were include in the questionnaire such as reservation, account, medical care, inspection and environmental services of the hospital. For the statistical analysis of this study, we were used the SPSS 21.0 program and t-test, ANOVA and multiple regression analysis were performed.

Results: (1) The general characteristics of perception; recognition of hospital services in accordance with the grade showed significant differences(F=2.638, p<0.05). (2) Needs of the hospital service were showed significant differences value at student grade(F=3.192, p<0.05) and major student(t=-3.169, p<0.01). Also, needs of the administrational service in hospital, we were obtained significant differences at student grade(F=3.445, p<0.05) and major student(t=-2.628, p<0.01). Needs for care of the hospital, we were observed significant differences at gender(t=-2.910, p<0.01) and major student(t=-3.639, p<0.001). (3) Effect of the recognition and needs from the general characteristics; F value is 2.638(p<0.05) and 3.678(p<0.01) as shown, the regression model showed a significant expression.

Conclusions: In conclusion, that major health administration students were responded in questionnaire that the needs of the hospital service higher than the recognition of the hospital service. These results will show the future direction of health related education. Also, we need to education with experience and theory for carry out on-the-job at the field.
