광주지역 일부 대학생의 식생활 라이프스타일에 따른 밀키트 이용실태 조사

Abstract

A Survey on the Use of Meal-Kit by Diet Lifestyle of Some University Students in Gwangju Moon-Sun Yang Advisor : Prof. Bok-hee Kim, Ph. D. Department of Food and Nutrition Graduate School of Chosun University Consumers who lack time to cook themselves are increasingly interested in and purchasing meal-kit due to the increase in single-person households. Therefore, this study investigated the use of meal-kit according to the dietary lifestyle of 300 university students enrolled in Gwangju. The SPSS version 27.0 statistical program was used for data analysis, and the significance test was performed with χ2-test for non-continuous variables and t-test for continuous variables. Diet lifestyles were analyzed by classifying them into taste-seeking type, rationality-seeking type, visual-seeking type, convenience-seeking type, health-seeking type, and trend-seeking type through exploratory factor analysis and K-means cluster analysis. In addition, the meal-kit selection attributes were analyzed by classifying them into convenience-seeking type, health-seeking type, diversity-seeking type, and price-seeking type. The distribution of dietary lifestyle characteristics scores according to gender was higher in female students than male students (p<0.001). In addition, the distribution of meal-kit selection attribute scores according to gender was also higher in female students than male students (p<0.01) In the distribution of meal-kit selection attribute characteristic scores according to the dietary lifestyle cluster, the convenience-seeking type was the highest and the health-seeking type was the lowest. (p<0.001) In the distribution of the number of meal-kit purchases according to the dietary lifestyle cluster, the convenience-seeking type was the highest and the health-seeking type was the lowest. In the distribution of dietary lifestyle characteristics scores according to the meal-kit selection attribute cluster, the health-seeking type was the highest and the convenience-seeking type was the lowest. In the distribution of scores on the number of meal-kit purchases according to the meal-kit selection attribute cluster, the price-seeking type was the highest and the diversity-seeking type was the lowest. As a result of the correlation analysis, it was found that as the meal-kit selection attribute increased, the lifestyle and the number of meal-kit purchases increased (p<0.01) As a result of multiple regression analysis, it was found that the meal-kit selection attribute had a positive (+) effect on the number of meal-kit purchases and dietary lifestyle.
