ABSTRACT

Music jump-rope activity self-esteem
and metal health effects

Conducted a study of elementary school students after school in order to investigate the impact of self-esteem and mental health in the music skipping trained professionals with three music skipping 2012 nyeon May 15 to May 31 to 310 students of three elementary school survey was conducted, and patients after described the purpose and contents of the Notice and the question of self - administration (self-administrationmethod) were used.
Harter (1985) Children's self-perception scale (Self-Perception Profile for Children) based on a survey tool to measure self-esteem, using a scale developed to apply yieunhae sinsukjae OPPORTUNITIES (1992) in Korea for children and performed to measure mental health Han Kyung - Sook (2006) used this tool to study for the formalization and frequency analysis, frequency analysis, descriptive statistics (descriptive analysis) using the statistical program SPSS (Ver. 18.0) factor analysis (factor analysis) and Cronbach's α coefficients were calculated and the mean and standard deviation for each question, the reliability is verified.
Finally, the recognition process in order to verify way ANOVA analysis (one-way ANOVA) was conducted.
Such a basis, the following conclusions were drawn.

First, the study findings according to the gender of the participant Music Rope skipping the music was on elementary school children's self-esteem and mental health in the affected zone.
Second, it was seen as a result of the study, according to the participant's grade skipping music on the Effects on elementary school children's self-esteem and mental health of the music skipping.
Music Rope participant's period of participation in the study findings, the music was on elementary school children's self-esteem and mental health in the affected zone skipping.
Fourth, the findings according to the participant's rate of participation in the music skipping music skipping on elementary school children's self-esteem and mental health in the affected zone was seen.
