유아 무용교육을 위한 창의성 개발연구

This study is to identify the difference in development of creativity by comparing the results of before- and after- test of children who have dance education and those who do not have in order to look at whether children's dance education is effective in enhancement of creativity.
To achieve the goal, it samples 20 of six-year-old children who are attending to G, E, D and M kindergartens in Yeosu, Jeonnam and provides dance education for 20 of the subjects while dance education is not provided to 40 of the control group.
This study uses " Children Composite Creativity Test " developed by Jeon Gyeong-Won. Before the program, it provided the creativity test for both the two groups and dance education a total of 20 sessions twice a week for 10 weeks, targeting on the former group.
To identify whether the dance education is effective to development of creativity, it obtains means of scores and standard deviation between the two groups and carries a t-test to analyse the differences of scores between them using the SPSS Program.
Through the study above, the following results are obtained :
First, there is a significant difference in development of creativity of the children who have dance education and those who do not have.
Second, dance education is effective to development of children's creativity.
Therefore, it is found that dance education used in this study provides much experience and influences their intellectual and emotional development as well. That is, creativity is not natural, but potentially inherent to anyone.
Therefore, this study suggests that further studies on children's dance education to develop creativity are necessary.
