ICT(information and communication technologies) based education is one of the important means to improve the ability of collecting, analyzing and processing of the necessary information in knowledge based society. To achieve the purpose of educational processes, 'expansion of self-leading instructional ability', the research and the development for the methods of instructional approaches, using information and communication technologies focused on the main subject, the learner and solving the real life problems, have been executed.
The objective of the study is to recognize the effect of project instructional approaches based on the associated studying and to develop the effective example model in computer studies. First, Students used the online team blog without any accounts to participate in the team and to help each other in executing the project. They could improve the responsibility and the bond of love and friendship in running the system by themselves, otherwise they made less burden to teachers. Second, They experienced each other more advanced in educational system qualitatively and quantitatively through the online educational project. Third, By applying ICT project instructional approaches presented in this study, students shared all of the project education progressing in the spot of classroom. Fourth, They had the responsibility through the individual study deepened and made the better atmosphere in the team by self-confidence and attachment, and also caused the motivation and the interest.
Finally, it showed that the achievement of computer education in senior year of elementary school and their ability were improved by ICT project instructional approaches through the teamwork.
