Advances in Information Technology via the internet has revolutionized communication methods. This has made people's lives much more comfortable and convenient.
However, it has led to increased internet crime and fraud. I believe one of the reasons for this is due to the lack of focus on the Education of Information and Communication Ethics.
I feel the adolescent period of a child's development is the best time to teach Information and Communication Ethics Education. During this phase education will be practical, active, and voluntary. The best method is web based self-directed learning.
I have implemented a learning contents model which will be applied Self-Directed Learning for Information and Communication Ethics Education to Web. This study is designed all students can carry out individual learning by using web contents. And they can accomplish self-directed learning of supplement, advanced and repetition about learning contents.
With this method, I would like to change how Information and Communication Ethics is taught. Since this method is more practical and interactive teenagers will have fun, and enjoy the experience.
