Abstract
The purpose of this study was to investigate human relationships between vic-principals and teachers with teachers' satisfaction in the teaching procession for reasonable management of school. For this purpose, the problems of this study were as follows.
1) Is there significant difference in human relationship (communications, reliances, concerns and no-conflicts) between vice-principals and teachers, comparing with the gender, the status, the career and the number of class ?
2) Is there significant difference in teachers' satisfaction with the teaching profession, comparing the gender, the status, the career and the number of class?
The subjects of this study were 203 teachers, details of subjects were the male 89, the female 114, the chief teacher 48, the average teacher 155, 10 years of the career 48, 20 years and downward 59, 21 years or more 96 teachers . The data were treated with T(F) test programs of SPSS / pc +.
The results of this study were as follows.
1) Comparing the gender, there is significant difference in only no-conflicts (males2) Comparing the status, there is no significant difference in all regions.
3) Comparing the career, there is significant difference in the communifcations (10〈11~20〈21 years of career)
4) Comparing the scae of class, there is significant difference in all regions.
5) Comparing the gender, teachers' satisfaction with teaching profession is significant difference in the teaching profession and social is the males (the females).
6) Comparing the status, there is no significant difference in all regions
7) Comparing the career, there is significant difference in the teaching profession and the social satisfaction (the teaching profession is 10〉11~20〉21 years or more, the social satisfaction is 10<11~20> 21 years or more).
8) Comparing the scale of class, there is the significant difference in the teaching profession and satisfaction with servicing condition (The teaching profession is the 10 class or less 〈18 class or more, the satisfaction with servicing condition is 10 class or less than 18 class or more).
