스포츠시설 관리자의 리더십이 종사자들의 임파워먼트, 조직효율성, 조직몰입에 미치는 영향

Abstract
This study is to analyze how the leadership of sports facility manager influence on empowerment, organizational efficiency and organizational commitment among related personnel. And the conclusion is as below.
First, after reviewing the difference of leadership, empowerment, organizational efficiency and organizational commitment according to demographic characteristic of personnel involved, we found that there is a significant difference between male and female in sincerity of manager. Female group shows slightly higher value than male group. When it comes to age criterion, the value between teenager group and other groups showed distinguished gap. Teenager group showed lower value in change orientation, sincerity (of leadership), emotional commitment and normative commitment (of organization commitment), comparing with other groups in different ages, indicating significance difference. On the other hand, the teenager group showed higher value in meaningfulness, performance, self-determination, influence (of empowerment), satisfaction for organization, organizational commitment and organizational adaptation (of organizational efficiency), comparing with other groups in different ages. And, as of education level criterion, a person who did not graduated university generally showed lower value in change orientation, sincerity (of leadership), influence (of empowerment), satisfaction for organization, organizational commitment, organizational adaptation (of organizational efficiency), emotional commitment and normative commitment (of organizational commitment), comparing with a person with university degree (or higher).
For the period of continuous service, a person who worked less than 2 year showed lower value in change orientation, sincerity (of leadership), self-determination, influence (of empowerment), satisfaction for organization, organizational commitment, organizational adaptation (of organizational efficiency), emotional commitment and normative commitment (of organizational commitment).
For employment type, no significant difference was found in criterions of leadership, organizational efficiency and organizational commitment.
Also, when it comes to monthly income, a low-income person (with less than 1 million won per month) and a high-income person (with more than 5 million won per month) showed lower value in change orientation, sincerity (of leadership), meaningfulness, performance, influence (of empowerment), satisfaction for organization, organizational commitment, organization adaptation (of organizational efficiency), emotional commitment and normative commitment (of organizational commitment).
Regarding a criterion of marriage, single person showed higher value in change orientation, sincerity (of leadership), meaningfulness, performance, self-determination, influence (of empowerment), satisfaction for organization, organizational commitment, organization adaptation (of organizational efficiency), emotional commitment and normative commitment (of organizational commitment), comparing with the married.
Second, when it comes to the correlation between leadership and empowerment of sports facility manager, leadership's change orientation and sincerity impose positive influence on meaningfulness, performance and self-determination of empowerment of involved personnel.
Third, as of the correlation between leadership of manager and organizational efficiency, the criterion of sincerity has positive influence on organizational efficiency of involved personnel, including influence, satisfaction for organization, organizational commitment and organizational adaptation.
Fourth, the correlation between leadership of manager and organizational commitment showed that leadership's change orientation and sincerity have positive influence on emotional commitment and normative commitment of involved personnel.
