- Abstract
- The research is a pre and post single-grouped quasi-experiment designed to investigate the effect of the epidermal acupuncture remedy on pain relief traits and everyday life movement of subjects for subjects of G city. Data collected was analyzed by SPSS in frequency and paired t-test.
For the research results, after epidermal acupuncture remedy, pains originated from left knee, right knee, extension, intraflexion, refraction, ventral decubitus, and knee refraction are significantly relieved.
After a epidermal acupuncture remedy, pains originated when long-time walking in a stance, dishwashing, holding a heavy object, bending a knee and going up and down the stairs, are significantly soothed. Pains originated when floor-cleaning, picking up an object, standing up, eating, squatting and swabbing, are significantly relieved. Pain when sleep in huddling up the legs was significantly relieved.
From the results above, the epidermal acupuncture remedy is confirmed for subject's pain and everyday motions to relieve a discomfort. Therefore, it is recommended for subjects whose knees are in pain and everyday motions are in full of discomfort to utilize a epidermal acupuncture remedy for self-care.
