LPS로 활성화된 RAW 264.7 세포에서 소리쟁이 추출물의 NO 및 iNOS의 발현억제효과

Abstract
The inhibitory effects of methanol extract from Rumex crispus roots on NO production and expression of iNOS were investigated in LPS-stimulated RAW 264.7 cell lines. Rumex crispus significantly inhibited the production of NO in a dose-dependent manner. Moreover, this extract suppressed the expression of iNOS in a dose-dependent manner. These results showed that the methanol extract from Rumex crispus roots may explain some known biological activities including anti-inflammatory effect, and is a considerable benefit in the treatment for pro-inflammatory mediator overproduction related immunological diseases.
