ABSTRACT

Effect of aerobic exercise and aerobic & anaerobic exercise composition exercise program of corpulence women body composition and blood lipid

This research following result that measure the frame room, abdomen local, cholesterol etc to corpulence middle age woman more than frame room 30% to examine closely effect that exercise prescription about aerobic exercise and existence dissipating like the mists cattle composition exercise between 12 weeks gets in body furtherance and hole discontinuance quality in this research and examine comparison after limp group and exercise prescription.

1) As result that compare difference by group about body basis, that is body basis jargon (weight, BMI, blood pressure ( H / L), blood sugar, abdomen girth ) that there is no difference that keep in mind all as statistical know can . As result that compare difference by group about body basis of investigation after four, can know that there is no difference that show difference that keep in mind as statistical about BMI, and keep in mind as statistical about weight, blood pressure(that is / that), blood sugar, abdomen girth that is body basis side areas.

2) As result that compare difference by group for cholesterol, can know that there is no difference that keep in mind (TC, HDL, LDL, TG, Hb) all as statistical who is cholesterol jargon. As result that compare difference by group for cholesterol of investigation after four, can know that there is no difference that show difference that keep in mind as statistical about TG, and keep in mind as statistical about TC, HDL, LDL, Hb that is cholesterol jargon.

3) As result that compare difference by group about body furtherance, can know that there is no difference that keep in mind (body fat mass, body fat rate, internal organs local amount, abdomen local, the muscle amount, lean body mass, frame weight, body development) all as statistical who is cholesterol jargon. As result that compare difference by group about body furtherance, can know that there is no difference that keep in mind (body fat mass, body fat rate, internal organs local amount, abdomen local, the muscle amount, lean body mass, frame weight, body development) all as statistical who is cholesterol jargon.

6) As result that compare all great kindness difference about body furtherance, composition exercise group shows difference that keep in mind as statistical about body fat mass, body fat rate, internal organs local amount, abdomen local and abortion cattle exercise group can know that show difference that keep in mind as statistical about body fat mass, body fat rate, internal organs local amount, body development.

Can expect affirmative effect in abortion cattle exercise and composition exercise between 12 weeks are middle age woman's body furtherance rain and hole discontinuance quality decrease with something wrong, and application of little more constant and systematic exercise program is considered that queen can influence middle age woman's weight, the frame room, cholesterol etc.
