Abstract
This study examines the effect of the Multi-sides assessment characteristics on the task establishment activity of member. And this study examines that the reception of the assessment system of members have what control effectiveness when the Multi-sides assessment characteristics makes the effectiveness of the assessment.
The results to get are as follows about effectiveness of the Multi-sides assessment.
First, the feedback of the assessment result influences the task establishment activity of the member positively. But a pertinence of an assessment appraisal standard and a appraiser reliability does not influence on the task establishment activity of the member. Consequently, if the feedback of the assessment result is provided efficiently, then the task establishment activity of members is enlarged and the effect of the Multi-sides assessment system comes to be high.
Second. a feedback of the assessment result more influnces the task establishment activity of members at the high-reception group compared with the low-reception group. and the reliability of the appraiser correlated the task establishment activity of members in the high-reception group, but not in the low-reception group. Consequently, higher reception of the Multi-sides assessment system, smaller the effect of the feedback of the result of the assessment, also bigger the influence by the reliability of the appraiser.
We can get the conclusion following
First, to get the effectiveness of the Multi-sides assessment, to give member a suitable feedback of the of the assessment result is very important. And also, to make an appraiser reliability is important with through enhancing the ability of the appraiser, the efforts for honest assessment, and the knowledge about the task of member.
Second, to make the effect of the Multi-sides assessment system, to enlarge the reception of the Multi-sides assessment system of member is important.
