Abstract: This paper argues that the Korean government should establish the qualification system of cabin crew based on NCS to connect the education by the colleges-universities and the training by the airlines of the country. So far most major airlines of Korea are said to have hired new cabin crew by their educational background and appearances instead of competency or the job performance. This fact leads to the huge cost of training the recruits and the large-scale unemployment of the graduates of the educational institutions. I observe the current situation of the Korean education based on NCS and the system of cabin crew controlled by CBT in Anglosphere, including Australia, with an apprenticeship framework. Comparing the two cases shows that the qualification system in this field should be brought by reinforcing the decent power of NCS, meaning the financial efficiency at the national level.</description>

Abstract: Due to the core role that talents play in culture industry, the shortage of inter-disciplinary top talents is the bottleneck for Chinese culture industry from further development. As the cradle of cultivating professional talents, universities and colleges shall shoulder the important burden of innovating higher education. They shall determine the right direction in the education of courses on culture industry based on contemporary requirements, and enhance the construction level of those courses. The paper will first analyze the current situation for talent cultivation in culture industry in China, and then the modes of cultivating talents majoring on culture industry management in Chinese universities and colleges, so as to argue the inconsistency between education direction for those cultural industry courses and the market, unreasonable setup of professional courses, the necessity of creating practical education modes, etc. Based on the above arguments, the paper will ultimately point out that education integrating industry, teaching and learning, and research into one focusing on cultivating all-around qualities, comprehensive abilities and employment competitiveness of students is the right direction for reform on current culture industry management major.</description>

Abstract: The research aims to identify the effectiveness of the differentiated teaching method in the writing class for non-Arabic students in the Department of Middle East Studies at the University of Dankook. The researcher used the experimental method. The research sample consisted of second grade students of Middle East Studies Department, who were randomly selected. They were divided into two groups of 20 students each, and one was studied according to the method of differentiated teaching and the other the traditional lecture. The tools of research were determined by the test of the written expression and the list of the skills of expression. The results of the experiment were verified and the method of brainstorming was applied to the experimental group and the lecture to the control group. The members of the experimental group exceeded those of the control group. Through the analysis, the researcher recommended that the method of differentiated teaching be used as the better one of teaching written expression skills.</description>

Abstract: This article is for understanding the public education and culture in Cambodia. For these purposes, I focus on the history, current state, and limits of the public education in Cambodia. The public education in Cambodia was begun much earlier before the French protectorate by Buddhist Monastery. However, the modern public education was installed by the French from the early 20th century. Passing the independence and Khmer Rouge regime, it has faced many twists and turns. Since the 1980s, Cambodia state has tried to modernize the country through public education and has achieved in its quantity, but it has a long way to go in its quality. I try to read it with the ‘Mandala scheme’, the political scheme in ancient Southeast Asia. In the dynamics between ‘Manda’-powerful countries and ‘la’-Cambodia in the international political level, ‘Manda’, individual leaders and ‘la’- people who have always placed periphery in the state political level- decide the quality of the public education in Cambodia.</description>
