    <summary type="text">Title: VGT 엑츄에이터 불량에 의한 가속불량 현상의 고장진단 사례연구

Abstract: The study was conducted in Hyundai Motor's 2017 Santa Fe. The model was equipped with a 2200CC diesel engine and a VGT system.it is possible to diminish the aforementioned problems and maximize the benefits of using a turbocharger by controlling the area of exhaust gas passage via a variable vane. The purpose of this study is to elucidate the causes of failures in vehicles that are often not accelerated. The main causes of poor acceleration are as follows. First, the wires are disconnected. Second, contact instability. Third, defective VGT actuator. In this study, data was analyzed using equipment of G company in actual failure situation. Then, the VGT circuit was measured. As a result, we found that the VGT actuator was the cause of the failure.</summary>

    <summary type="text">Title: 큐빅상 자성 나노입자를 함유한 초상자성 마이크로 니들의 제작 및 특성 분석

Abstract: In this study, we have prepared the iron oxide nanoparticles under cubic phase to prepare magnetic cubosome nanopaticles(MCNs). Then, superparamagnetic microneedles(SMMNs) containing MCNs were manufactured through PDMS mold by casting technique. And then, the shapes of SMMNs were imaged by scanning electron microscopy(SEM). Also, skin permeability and cell viability were measured to confirm mechanical strength and cytotoxicity, respectively of SMMNs. Also, magnetic hysteresis measurements were performed using a SQUID-VSM magnetometer to investigate the magnetic properties of SMMNs. Magnetic hysteresis of SMMNs showed a superparamagnetic curve. These results suggest that SMMNs could be utilized as an MRI contrast agent.</summary>

    <summary type="text">Title: 탈지미강 가수분해에 의해 생성된 저분자 Peptide 및 폴리페놀의 항산화 활성

Abstract: In this study, chemical and enzymatic hydrolysis of rice bran protein were conducted to produce polyphenolic compounds and functional peptides with anti-oxidant effects. In order to produce functional peptides, rice bran protein was hydrolyzed using chemicals, commercial enzymes as well as Bacillus natto protease. The results showed that major peptides were hydrolyzed into smaller than 10 kDa when using chemicals, commercial enzymes, and B. natto protease. The protein hydrolysis potential of B. natto protease was equal or higher than that of commercial enzymes. Total phenolic compound concentrations of 9.91 in 1 M NaOH, 9,02 in 2% (v/v) Alcalase and 14.5% in B. natto were measured. Radical scavenging activities of 67.9% in 1 M NaOH, 36.1% in Alcalase and 50.0% in B. natto protease were achieved. The results concluded that B. natto protease isolated chenonggkjang comparable to that of commercial enzymes in the production of functional peptides with anti-oxidant effect and can be used for the value added materials for food and cosmetics industries.</summary>

    <summary type="text">Title: 국내산 및 국외산 고구마의 영양성분 비교 분석

Abstract: Recently, the importance of domestic sweet potato (Ipomoea batatas) varieties following the entry into force of the Nagoya Protocol has been highlighted. In this study, dietary fiber content, free sugars, constituent amino acids, inorganic components, vitamin contents and antioxidative activities were compared and analyzed using two domestic sweet potatoes (Hogammi, Danjami) and one foreign species (Beni-Haruka). The antioxidant activity and dietary fiber content of the Korean sweet potatoes were the highest, and vitamin content, amino acid composition and inorganic content were the highest among the three types of sweet potatoes. Sweet potatoes have a low calorie content and are full of sugar, and are in the spotlight as dietary foods. The most important thing when taking sweet potatoes is the sugar content and dietary fiber distribution. These results suggest that the Korean sweet potato species, which are superior to the foreign sweet potato varieties, Beni-Haruka, are considered to be a good variety and are useful for general food and processed food consumption.</summary>
