Abstract
The purpose of this study was to investigate that can improve perceived organizational performance recognized leader in ethical leadership. in addition, the relationship between them and examine the influence of the moral identity as a moderator. Ethical leadership is an important antecedent to increase the perceived organizational performance and moral identity expected to serve as a moderate variable.
Perceived organizational performance divided into financial / customer perspective reflected BSC and knowledge leverage. Moral identity consist of internalization and symbolization. Hypothesis was set as the main effect hypothesis and moderate effects hypothesis. the results are as follows.
First, ethical leadership was found to increase the perceived organizational performance. second, the moral identity was appearing partially positive influence on perceived organizational performance was shown a significant impact only symbolization. third, moral identity, specially internalization partially moderate between ethical leadership and financial/ customer perspectives. this study shows that ethical leadership have positive impact on perceived organizational performance, also identified that if employees high on moral identity, then ethical leadership's influence are boost up to increasing the perceived organizational performance, specially financial / customer perspective.
