UV 조사 시간에 따른 친수 처리된 SMS 부직포의 특성에 관한 연구

Abstract

A diaper or nappy is an absorbent garment worn by babies until is potty trained. The disposable baby diapers are multi-layer structures consisting of layers of different materials. The disposable diapers are comprised of a polypropylene top cover stock, an absorbent layer, a polyethylene back sheet and elastic bands. In this study, the residual contents (%) of OPE(octyl phenol ethoxylate) on the UV irradiation time was investigated with SMS(Sunbond-Meltblown-Spunbond) treated with OPE of polypropylene materials(top cover of diaper). Also, the effect of UV irradiation time on water contact angle of OPE-treated SMS was investigated. This paper presents the comparison between OPE-treated SMS and non-treated-SMS as the UV irradiation time.
