기업 내부역량과 기술혁신 활동이 KS인증 성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

Abstract

This study examines how the internal characteristics of KS-certified companies and the characteristics of the certification body affect management performance and recertification intention, and to verify the mediating effect of technology innovation activities. The internal characteristics consist of quality management activities, certification acquisition motivation, and certification usefulness, and the certification body characteristics consist of auditor expertise and certification body support. Technology innovation activities were set as the parameters and management performance and renewal intention were set as the dependent variables. The subjects of the survey were 263 respondents recovered among the electric and electronic companies which obtained KS certification. Regression analysis and path analysis were performed using SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 18.0. As a result of the analysis, the internal characteristics of the company and the characteristics of the certification body were found to have some influence on management performance and the recertification intention of the company, and these were mediated by technology innovation activities. These results confirmed that technology innovation activities can have a significant effect on the business performance and recertification intention of a company.
