태권도 남성지도자와 여성지도자의 지도력에 대한 수련생 인식 비교분석

Abstract

This study examines the leadership of women and men Taekwondo leaders about trainee awareness, and loved by domestic as well as outside of the sport, Taekwondo, development and parents have the purpose to provide a basis for selecting the Taekwondo studio. To sum of the researching result are as follows. First. It appears differently the purpose of general case and training according to sex of leaders. Second, It is difference that is appeared. in the general case of leadership and leadership roles according to gender. Third, It is difference that appeared in the general case of leadership and leader' satisfaction according to gender. Fourth, there are difference when the leader's supervise form of the purpose in the training, leadership role, leader' satisfaction. Fifth, trainee's purpose of the training affect of the leadership role and satisfaction. | 본 연구는 수련생들이 인식하는 여성태권도 지도자와 남성태권도 지도자의 지도력을 조사하고, 비교분석하여 국내뿐만 아니라 국외에서도 사랑받는 스포츠인 태권도의 발전과 학부모들이 태권도장을 선택함에 있어서 기초자료를 제공하는데 목적이 있다. 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째. 일반적 사항 및 지도자의 성별에 따른 수련의 목적이 다르게 나타났다. 둘째, 일반적 사항 및 지도자의 성별에 따른 지도자역할에 차이가 나타났다. 셋째. 일반적 사항 및 지도자의 성별에 따른 지도자만족에 차이가 나타났다. 넷째, 지도자의 지도형태에 따른 수련목적, 지도자역할, 지도자 만족도 차이가 나타났다. 다섯째. 수련자의 수련목적이 지도자 역할과 만족도에 영향을 미쳤다.
